Restaurant General Manager
Strong, charismatic results-oriented leader needed to run full service, iconic Central Coast restaurant.
Previous General Manager experience in a comparable setting is certainly nice, but not required.
However, restaurant management experience in a full service, high(er) volume, high energy environment--where you were responsible for running smooth operations, managing a team of at least 10 or more employees at the same time, with full shift responsibilities, maintaining good cost of goods and labor control--is required. Maybe you worked or are working underneath a General Manager and are simply looking for your opportunity to move up. Or are a Restaurant Manager stuck in a less than ideal location.
