Client Account Manager
Position A is seeking the services of an Account Manager to join the team in Paso Robles, CA. We're based in Paso Robles, but we don't work at a Central Coast pace. Our clients are successful and demanding marketing agencies, based in major US cities including New York, Chicago, LA and San Francisco. We need people who can grasp the demands of the role, bring a solid work ethic and a positive, proactive personality to the team.
To achieve this goal we employ two complementary and inter-dependent teams:
Strategy: Based in NYC, our strategists work with each agency to define optimal messaging and targeting parameters
Account Management: Based in Paso Robles, CA the account team manages all aspects of lead generation campaign activity

Responsibilities:
List Research & Development - Builds lists of prospects for their agency clients from a number of on-line databases
-Ensures we're utilizing all potential sources of information to develop accurate lists from the most extensive base of companies possible
Campaign Management - Manages all aspect of their agency's outbound, email-based campaigns
-Understanding and utilizing our email blast software
-Cleaning and scrubbing lists after each campaign
-Ensuring email copy (and all other blast parameters) are error-free
-Monitoring the campaign inbox for responses
-Setting up agency/prospect calls
Agency Communication - Responsible for the day-to-day relationship with the agency client
-Providing weekly campaign reports
-Hosting and participating in bi-weekly client status calls
-Being available for, and proactively managing, consistent client communication
Background &
Experience:
Solid computer skills are a must
Experience in the marketing sector is a benefit although not a pre-requisite

The role requires extreme attention to detail and ability to multi-task and a positive attitude
