Summary:
The DTC Retail Associate is a full-time position that will support the Retail Warehouse Manager by helping fulfill retail and beer orders for our Direct-to-Consumer and B2B platform.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Specifically, the responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following activities:
Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pull materials, pack boxes and place completed orders in delivery area for pickup Coordinate with other departments to fulfill immediate and ongoing inventory and shipping needs Provide excellent service by following organization standards of quality, and Firestone standards of shipping best-practices Ensure a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, packing area and workstations neat; maintain a clean shipping supply area and comply with procedures, company rules and regulations Communicate with Manager any necessary updates to Retail Warehouse processes Receive and unpack merchandise orders; attach price tags on merchandise according to price list Assist with end of month inventory and aid in inventory management Process paperwork and file documents as necessary Coordinate media shipments and beer samples with Retail Warehouse Manager Track beer and WEB supply inventory needs Handle special requests as assigned by the Retail Warehouse Manager Other duties as assigned Prior experience in a retail merchandise position or similar preferred.
Valid Driver License and auto insurance.
Forklift certification.
Ability to operate and use a computer.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers and management Strong organizational and interpersonal skills WHAT FIRESTONE WALKER OFFRS:
