(AHI) are seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to join our Financial Services Department.
This role is integral to our mission of Building Partnerships & Creating Choices, providing vital accounting support to our team.

Responsibilities Prepare monthly financial statements and reports, including general ledger, receivable/payable, cash, sales, and payroll accounts.
Review contracts, process monthly billing, and monitor accounts receivable.
Prepare and process monthly Social Security reports and sales tax returns.
Provide support to Supervisors and process client timecards and billing.
Qualifications Minimum of 1 year experience as a professional bookkeeper Bachelor's Degree in Accounting preferred Strong English oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize workload.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
