Responsibilities Accounting and Data Entry:
log transactions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, utilize accounting software, record and review journal entries, invoicing, creating reports and spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel Clerical Duties:
answer phone calls, incoming mail, maintain filing system, scan and photocopy documents, and prepare reports Customer Service:
communicate with vendors and customers about invoices and payments by email or phone Other Duties:
payroll, act as the point of contact for internal and external clients, requests and queries from executives and senior managers, run errands Skills Knowledge of accounting processes and procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office (ex:
Outlook, Excel, Word) Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Job Type:
