This position will be responsible for the following:
- Oversee and maintain onxwines.
com website maintenance & SEO.
- Along with the Social Media Coordinator plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email campaigns, and advertising campaigns.
- Develop and maintain CRM program.
- In-house digital and print assets (images, graphic art & video) creation & management.
- Use regularly filmed videos as an important part of communicating this narrative with seasonal changes in the vineyard and winery.
- Content development & management.
- Maintain a yearly marketing budget and measure department performance against said budget.
- Develop digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
- Attend onsite and offsite brand events when needed.
- Work with the Events Manager to develop and execute event themes and experiences to further develop the brand.
- Collaborate with Wine Club Manager, Events Manager, Director of ONX at Home, Hospitality Manager, Vineyard Stays Manager, & Sales Manager on collateral, email, promotional and digital needs.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Manage and develop Social Media Coordinator.
- Oversee all customer facing communications and assets.
- Responsible for growing ONX Wines audience.
- Assist in tying together the various elements of the business into a single consistent and engaging narrative.
- Answer phone calls in the office during periods where tasting room staff is busy with customers and cannot get to the phone in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate should have at least three years of marketing experience (does not need to be in wine), the ability to lift at least 45 lbs.
