The ideal individual for this position must be passionate, ambitious, driven, highly personable, team oriented, intelligent, retail minded and act with integrity.
This is a position for someone with energy and enjoys a fast-paced environment, is able to effectively multi-task, and who is committed to settling into a long-term position where they can succeed both personally and financially.
This is the position for an individual with an owner-operator mindset and once training is complete, will have significant latitude to run the day-to-day aspects of the business according to their personal style and preference.
2-5 years management experience is preferred, and strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential.
Store managers are responsible for all store operations including:
Setting a positive and empowering tone for the store that promotes personal development and individual success for all team members.
Recruiting, hiring, training and managing a team of qualified salespeople and store personnel to operate the store per the company's guidelines and customer service standards.

Meeting store and personal sales goals while setting goals for team members; coaching, mentoring team members; recognizing excellence; lead by example at all times.
Delivering first-class customer service, going the extra mile for customers, relationship building, resolving disputes, customer acquisition.
Acting as the face of the business within the community; participation in corporate sales opportunities at offsite events.
Visual merchandising, assistance/participation in product selection, inventory control, loss prevention, security protocol, store presentation, cleanliness, input and participation in setting marketing plans, and contests.
Stamping the business with your unique personality and creating a business that thrives within the community.
Work closely with ownership to ensure that that the store has the resources needed and direction to adapt to changes in the retail landscape and to succeed at the highest level possible.
