This is a full-time position eligible for benefits.

Job description The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for building the sales funnel, generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business and achieving/assisting in the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas.
Conduct research to identify leads and reach business targets through telephone, email, social media, etc.
Hand over qualified leads to the sales team members with the objective of closing the sale.
Participate in the planning and execution of company marketing activities providing vital input based on his/her interactions with prospects.
Fulfill Weighmaster duties and responsibilities.
Responsibilities Cold-call prospects that are generated by external sources of lead, set appointments for Sales team members if needed.
Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base.
Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
Create and deliver qualified opportunities to team members.
Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects.
Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.
Assist in creating RFP responses to potential clients.
Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events.
Maintain and update company's social media outlets and presence.
Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via telephone and email cross-sell and up-sell.
Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert into sales.
Overcome objections of prospective customers.
Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports.
Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.
Attend periodic sales training where applicable.
Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.
Respond to customers' requests for pricing, product uses, availability, credit terms and delivery dates.
Prepare quotations and estimates according to bid specifications, with accurate configurations.
Maintain and expand database of prospects.
Keep management informed of activity, including timely correspondence through emails and calls.
Analyze sales and cost data; prepare reports as needed; provide actionable recommendations.
Active use of CRM software to identify viable sales targets and activities.
Maintaining and updating the lead generation database Perform daily housekeeping operations and maintain a clean working environment.
Properly follow all company policies and OSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environmental best practices.
Perform job tasks in accordance with industry best practices and requirements of the equipment being used (lifting, carrying, sitting, walking, and climbing).
Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience High school diploma Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field 5
years of proven inside sales experience CRM (Customer Relationship Management):
experience required and understand the importance of using this tool during the sales process Intermediate to advanced computer literacy, including MOS Office:
Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.
Understands business implications of decisions; displays orientation to profitability; demonstrates knowledge of market and competition; aligns work with strategic goals.
Works within approved budget; develops and implements cost saving measures; contributes to profits and revenue; conserves organizational resources.

Starting pay rate ultimately depends on experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
