Marketing Manager + Wine Club Relations

We aim for quality in all aspects of our business.
We are looking for an energetic individual to join our team full time to manage our marketing needs and assist with our wine club.
The ideal candidate is organized, creative and is eager to thrive in a hybrid position.
This position consists of two parts:
Marketing & Communication (70% of the position):
- Manage our social media by creating thoughtful posts and engage with our followers - Brainstorm ideas for new digital content - Create DTC marketing materials:
tasting menus, brochures, newsletters, postcards etc - Create distribution & export marketing materials:
tech sheets, press recaps, presentation, etc - Analyze marketing trends & develop marketing strategies for our branding & communication - Create promotional DTC emails - Maintain and update our website Wine Club (30% of the position):
- Work closely with our Wine Club Manager and assist in all aspects of the wine club especially during release - Communicate with our wine club members and guests via phone and email - Assist with membership retention - Work closely with our General Manager and Wine Club Manager on strategies to grow our wine club retention and sign ups.
- Participate in Pop Up Wine Club Tastings and Dinners Experience & Skills:
- Previous marketing experience - Experience with social media platforms - Knowledge with graphic design software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) - Proficiency with Microsoft Applications, including Word and Excel - Strong verbal and written communication skills, including strong grammar skills - Highly developed organizational skills - Ability to keep multiple projects moving forward in the face of competing priorities - Strong teamwork orientation - Self-motivated individual who takes initiative to solve problems - Sales, marketing, or hospitality experience in the Wine Industry is preferred but not mandatory Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 40lbs - Must be over 21 years of age Job Type:
